Internship Responsibilities:               

  • Optimizing the Learning Management Platform: Assisting in the enhancement and maintenance of our learning management system to ensure it meets the needs of our employees.
  • Rolling Out Assessments: Helping to systematically implement assessments across the company to evaluate and improve employee learning and development.
  • Scaling L&D Efforts: Supporting the expansion of our Learning & Development programs to accommodate our distributed workforce.
  • Content Creation: Developing training materials, guides, and other resources to support employee learning.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in our training programs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with scheduling, coordinating training sessions, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

What are skills that would be helpful for a successful internship? 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of our preferred majors listed above.
  • Familiarity with your major’s core concepts.
  • Completion of foundational coursework related to your major.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
  • Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.      
  • High motivated, self-starter.      
  • Ability to quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.      

  

Employment Requirements:   

  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies.   
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
